【必須（MUST）】 ・ 電気・電子・メカトロニクス・機械系の高専、大卒以上・ TOEIC 650点相当以上 ・ 自動車関連会社にて,如上業務内容に相応した実務経験(5年以上) －商品企画(企画提案, フィージビリティ, 開発予算・投資策定) －質マネジメントシステムの理解とコンサルティング －要件開発(要求・システムエンジニアリング) －E/E システムのアーキテクチャ設計 －MBSEやA-SPICEなどのArtifact作成 －システム検証 ・ 自動車関連法規の体系的知識 ・ 日本語(ネイティブ相当), 英語(技術ディスカッション)での社内外でのコミュニケーションと組織間の調整能力 ・ 企画提案能力,プレゼンテーション能力,自己管理能力 Mandatory: ・ Master’s, Bachelor’s, or College degree level education in electrical, electronic, mechatronic, or mechanical engineering ・ Equivalent of TOEIC over 650 ・ With respect to the above job contents, applicable job experience at an automotive related company: - Production Planning (concept, FS, Budget, Capital Expense, etc) - Knowledge of quality management system and consulting - Requirement development (Requirement, system engineering) - E/E system architecture design and development - Creation of artifacts of MBSE and A-SPICE - System verification and validation ・ Comprehensive knowledge of automotive regulations ・ Communication ability and assortativity in Japanese (native equivalent) and English (technical discussion) with internal/external teams ・ Concept creation, proposal preparation, presentation, and self-management 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ UML/SysML, PMBOK, FMEA/FTAの経験Preferred: ・ Practical experience of UML/SysML, PMBOK and FMEA/FTA |
