・Definition of the Retail Education vision, strategy and 5 year plan ・Management of the Retail Education budget ・Definition of strategic insights based on the Retail Education trends and innovations ・Management of the Retail Education team: providing them with guidance & direction, prioritization, etc. ・Management of the Retail Excellence lead: providing guidance and coaching & ensuring the Retail Excellence lead aligns the team to the brand strategic needs ・Incarnates & transmits Retail Education strategy in key internal strategic meetings. ・Oversees the creation of training modules for the categories ・Works closely with global category Directors, ensuring 360 collaborations between category & education metiers ・Co-develops key cross division strategic projects and provide direction on Education best practices ・Settles strategic action plan based on key education KPIs & provide strategic recommendations to drive brand development for Zones & Countries Retail populations to ensure the eco system consistency ・Ensure team growth and development, positive morale and engagement and empower for decision making ・Firster 360 collaboration, mindset and ways of working ・Be an active promoter of the Simplicity and Drive principles ・Ensure the our group ethic principles are respected |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - More than 3 yrs. experience in product or retail marketing, ideally in an international environment- Understanding of brand equity and sensitivity for products with customer centric mindset - Good knowledge of market and retail environment - Understanding of the social media landscape and E-commerce environment in China / Japan - Strong strategic thinking, project management and execution skills - Persuasive presentation, excellent communication, and interpersonal & networking skills - Passion for skincare, creating relationship with the customer, creative & luxury senses - English must have, ideally Japanese speaker - PC & Microsoft Office skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Passion for all things Digital, ability to lead the change- Team player, experience of project management - Ability to evolve and strive within global and matrix type organizations - Experience in dealing with agencies and stakeholders - Experience with analytics tools, KPI settings, monitoring and reporting - Ideally cosmetics, fashion or FMCG background with retail marketing experience |
