Position will cover both HR Business Partnering and Operations, along with team members. － HR Business Partnering: Partner with other managers as a member of the local management team － Talent management － Performance management － Compensation ＆ Benefits planning and operations （subordinates to take care of administration/payroll） － Organizational development, succession planning － Recruitment （talent planning, headcount planning, etc） （subordinate to take care of recruitment operations） － HR policy planning － Culture building － Training and development － General affairs management （subordinates to take care of actual hands－on administration work） － Other responsibilities may be added as required |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor's degree or higher－ Business level English － 8＋ years relevant HR experience － Stong communication skills － Ability to multitask － Good business acumen － People management experience preferred － Proactive mindset 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in life sciences/healthcare industries a plus！－ Experience covering HR ＆ GA a plus！ |
