職務内容／Job duties 募集背景： 製薬本部ではデジタル技術による新薬の処方・製法開発、生産機能のビジネス革新とイノベーション創出を目指しています。今回、体制強化のためアプリ開発やデータ基盤の構築を担当するフルスタックエンジニアを募集いたします。 Background to Recruitment: The pharmaceutical technology division aims to create business innovation and innovation in new drug formulation, process development, and production functions through digital technology. This time, we are looking for a full－stack engineer to develop appplications and data infrastructure. 職務内容： ・機械学習モデルを業務運用するためのAIアプリ開発 ・データサイエンス活動に関連したデータベースや基盤システムの企画・構築・運用 ・各種データ解析等の業務 Description of Work: － Development machine learning model based applications （WebApps and etc.） for researchers. － Planning/development/operation of DBs and systems to use our data－science activities. － Analysing R＆D/business data with machine－learning and mathematical statistics tequniques. |

【歓迎（WANT）】 求める経験：・各種DB（RDB, No－SQL問わず）を用いたデータソースの構築 ・課題発見とプログラミング（アプリ開発など）による解決 望ましい経験： ・機械学習モデルの業務環境への実装 ・ケモインフォマティクス、バイオインフォマティクス、数理統計、機械学習（深層学習含む）の何れか、あるいは複数分野の研究開発 ・化学・ライフサイエンス分野の研究開発 ・Laboratory Automation分野の研究開発経験 ・プログラミング競技コンテスト、ゲームAIコンテスト、データ分析コンテスト（Kaggle）などの実績 Desired Experience: － Developement of data－source（s） with RDB and/or No－SQL. － Finding and solving your issues/tasks by your programing skill （ex. WebApp and others）. Preferred Qualifications： － Deploying machine－learning models（s） to production environment（s）. ”－ Research and development experience（s） with following field（s）. ＋ cheminfomamatics ＋ bioinformatics ＋ mathmatical statistics ＋ machine－learning （incl. deep learning and/or related technical fields）” － Research and development experience（s） with chemistry and/or life－science field（s）. － Research and development experience（s） with laboratory automation － Experience（s） with various programming contest（s）, game AI contest（s）, and/or data analyze contest（s）（ex. Kaggle, At coder, and etc.）. 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・Django/Flaskなどの各種フレームワークおよびコンテナ（Docker/K8s）を用いたWebアプリの設計/開発/運用スキル ・データ解析を目的としたアプリケーションの設計/開発/運用スキル ・基礎的なコンピュータサイエンスの知識（各種情報処理技術者試験などの資格取得も含む） ・基礎的なネットワークの知識 ・Python, Rなどを用いてデータ解析（機械学習等）を行った経験 望ましいスキル・知識・能力： ・機械学習モデルのプロダクション環境構築プロジェクトのチームマネージメントスキル ・オンプレLinuxサーバー、およびクラウド（AWS/Azure/GCP等）の各種サービスを組み合わせたシステム構築/運用スキル ・実験自動化を志向したデバイス/ロボットの開発、ロボットや各種機器のインテグレート、実験動作における暗黙知の分析とそれを活用した価値創造、などのLaboratory Automationに関連した経験と知見 Desired Skills: － Experience（s） and skill（s） with development web based application（s） by its framework （ex. Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, etc.） and operating them with container technology （Docker, K8s）. － Planning/development/operation skills of application（s） for data－analysis. － Fundamental knowledge about computer science （bachelor's degree in the field, equivalent practical experiences or including license（s） such as IPA） － Fundamental knowledge of computer network. － Experience（s） with data analyze （ex. model building with machine learning） by Python/R or other language（s）. Preferred Qualifications： － Experience（s） with project team management of machine－learning based application/software（s）. － Experience（s） with system development using on－premise Linux sever and cloud service（s） （ex.
