MISSION Lead the Japanese commercial team as the Head of Business Information section in Japan Responsible for increasing the market penetration of business information products in the designated country and achieve the sales targets yearly as set in the budget. Be the hunter of new business aimed at achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company's information products. Management of the account management team by supporting them in identifying new sales opportunities and/or growing the existing portfolio and key customers. Set up partnerships (agents/brokers/partners) to drive incremental growth in country. Also build relationships and distributions channels. Be a brand ambassador by engaging the opinion leaders in the specified area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES New Business Development: Prospect for potential new key clients to maximize revenue for designated market(s)/ countries Develop strong pipeline of accounts and data validation on internal CRM tool. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions, accurate pricing & quotation process. Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients/ partners with the objective to expand market penetration and grow the profits. Complete end-to-end new business process of customer and activate the account Set up new distribution channels to grow the business (partners, agents and brokers) Customer management: Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business. Act as the first point of contact for current and potential information sales in the designated portfolio/ countries Monitoring timely update of regulatory data like KYC, KYI and update them to back office for compliance completion. Other: Industry compliance: Assurance of compliance with all regulatory requirements of areas of regulated businesses for which you are responsible. Liaise with Legal and compliance department for contract amendments, NDA execution and clause book entries including validation process. Executing derogation requests for key clients with approval from management. Organizing pricing sheets, signed contract documents, customer details to back office for seamless new business set up Work with the marketing and customer success teams on pre-sale and post-sale engagements. Spearhead marketing initiatives for demand generation, brand awareness and customer engagement as per allocated budgets. Coordinate the preparation of timely reports and analytics to regularly evaluate and review the plans and strategy. Identify potential clients to be targeted for future marketing activities, visiting potential clients to promote the service offerings and highlighting opportunities for partnerships. Participate in external events organized in the designated countries representing the company in the best light for building new business contacts and information sales Work closely with the local Commercial teams to achieve the highest efficiency of the sales process by following regional offering procedures, well-tailored offers and cost control |
