Key job responsibilities • Responsible for developing and managing the Third Party Marketplace business for grocery. • Account Strategy ＆ Ownership: Own the business account management and brand opportunities, maximizing growth and ensuring revenue/profitability goals are met. Have the financial responsibility. • Business Development: Initiate, structure, negotiate for partnership with both new and existing merchants. Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch, incorporating merchandising strategies. • Business Operations ＆ Process Improvement: Responsible for optimizing unique merchant selection, stakeholder alignment and ensuring product/compliance policies. Identify automation opportunities and influence tech teams, improve process for business enhancement. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Bachelor’s degree or higher• Native level Japanese, business level English • 5＋ years of relevant work experience in Buying/Planning or equivalent space such as Management Consulting, Finance, Merchandising, or Business Operations • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high－energy, fast－paced environment • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels • Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills • Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions • High attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves 【歓迎（WANT）】 MBA or related Master’s degree• Experience building relationships and driving growth with large retailers and e－commerce businesses • Familiarity with SQL （basic queries） • Experience in e－commerce or retail • Experience in Grocery |
