コロナ禍でも安定した収益を挙げている外資系CROにてResearch Managerの募集です。 ご関心あればぜひ弊社採用チームまでお問合せください。ご応募をお待ちしております！ JOB SUMMARY The Research Manager, Real World Evidence (RWE) is responsible for executing a variety of claims database analyses, prospective and retrospective multi-site observational studies, and patient reported outcomes studies, producing high quality RWE research and raising awareness of RWE. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ・Contribute to the development of study protocols for global and regional healthcare claims database studies, multi-site observational studies, Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) studies, and systematic literature reviews. 。Responsible for delivery of project outputs that are within budget and timelines and meet quality standards. ・With oversight, prepare draft study reports and external publications. ・Contribute to the development of materials for congress presentations and manuscripts. ・Primary sponsor contact for assigned projects. ・Participate in business development activities. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 What we’re looking for・Advanced degree (Master’s) in epidemiology, economics, public health or other health related fields or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. ・The ability to develop understanding of retrospective and prospective research methods, phase IIIB/IV study designs, HEOR and related methodology. ・Strong personal communication and good teamwork skills ・Candidate must demonstrate regional Real World Research experience. ・Other experience includes extensive experience with personal computers; knowledge of statistical software. ・Fluent in written English. Regional language fluency is preferred (Japanese, Chinese, Korean). ・Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken. ・Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 10-25%). |
