担当する業務の概略、具体的内容： About the role The foundry quality manager is responsible for the quality management compliance at an external front－end factory （foundry）. The role is reporting into the Front－end Quality Sr Manager. What you will do ＊Quality stakeholder to enable fab qualification （MOSFET, GaN, Diodes） ＊Management of day－to－day operational management with external foundries in Japan ＊Qualification, including auditing, of foundries and suppliers with VDA 6.3 ＊Management and approval of product non－conformity requests and process change notes ＊Support of customer visits and audits at foundry as Nexperia face－to－the－customer |

【必須（MUST）】 必要とされる職歴What you will need ＊Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, physics or chemistry ＊Expert with Quality standards like ISO, IATF, AIAG and VDA ＊VDA and IATF auditor ＊Japanese and English spoken and written fluently ＊Semiconductor manufacturing experience ＊Problem solving methodologies and quality tools like 8D and 5why ＊Excellent communication and interfacing in teams ＊Strong negotiation skills ＊Strong analytical thinking |
