Develop solutions, proposal, effort estimation and presentation for DC design and Compute deployment • Develop Architecture, high level and low level physical and logical DC design drawings and design documents. • Develop project major change document consisting of DC drawing and step by step activities • Discuss with various vendors （HPE, Dell, etc.,） as required to prepare proposals and solutions • Responsible for understanding the requirement, analysing AS－IS data and taking care of the design of the Server, OS ＆ DB and helping application owners to get best throughput basis best practices for successful roll out • Would also be responsible for creating detailed deployment architecture and device configurations （HLD ＆ LLD） • Ability to quickly produce PowerPoint slides which are both content rich and visually appealing • Understand and analyze detailed BOM of various virtualization and infra solutions from partner OEMs • Design various migration solutions and deploy • Work with app stakeholder and plan migrations Lead 5－10 team members |

【必須（MUST）】 • Expert on the following areas － ESXi, NSX, vSAN, VCF, KVM, Neutron, CEPH, OpenStack, Physical Hosting, OS （Win, Lin）• Expert knowledge on converged, hyperconverged Infrastructure, HPE, Dell blade Infrastructure • Excellent understanding of IT architecture, concepts and solutions and broad foundational knowledge in DC domain • Experience in Design and build of greenfield DC’s • Design and plan Server migrations－V2V, P2V, etc., • Hypervisor （VMware, HyperV and OVM）, Compute （CISCO UCS, Dell EMC, HPE Synergy） • Experience in configuring and analyzing detailed BOM of Cisco UCS, Dell ＆ HPE Servers • Excellent understanding of IT architecture, concepts and solutions and broad foundational knowledge in DC domain • Hands－on experience on Cisco / Dell /HPE Blade servers is required • Hands－on experience on Windows ＆ Linux OS is required. • Experience in configuring and analyzing detailed BOM for multi－vendor Server solutions • Capability in understanding and evaluating multi－vendor product offerings • Datacenter knowledge, PDU’s, identify Power connectors types, racking stacking knowledge of hardware etc. • Strong experience in Compute hardware sizing for virtualized environment to support production applications as well as VDI solutions. • Up to date knowledge and expertise on OS ＆ DB licensing policy for physical, virtual and Cloud environments • Deep understanding of two or three virtualization platforms VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper－V ＆ Red Hat RHEV • Design and deploy server patching, license solutions • Design and deploy DR solutions, VMware SRM, Veeam 【歓迎（WANT）】 Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator （MCSA） or Red Hat Certified Engineer （RHCE） or HP ASE or VMware Certified Associate – Data Center Virtualization （VCA－DCV）• Provide local teams with in－depth knowledge of new advances in DC build and implementation. • AD knowledge would be preferred • Thorough knowledge on DNS, NFS, NTP, RDM and Patch management Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; • Ability to quickly produce PowerPoint slides which are both content rich and visually appealing • Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness in the mind of others |
