【必須（MUST）】 =Required education and experience=＊University degree / master degree or equivalent level in economics or business or engineering ＊Experience in automotive industry understanding the Japanese OEM dynamics Wining new business from Toyota, Nissan or Honda or Subaru ＊Sales experience in automotive electronics or electric realated products. ＊Remarkable result in business development and sales acquisition at Tier automotive supplier. ＊Close and active human relation and network with executives at Japanese OEMs. ＊Worked for foreign based company （ideally US base company） ＊Management of company organization, function ＊Fluent in business level English communication 【歓迎（WANT）】 =Required Skills and Abilities=＊Leadership mindset with a clear long term vision. ＊Strategic ＆ analytical thinking, planning, and execution ability. ＊Progressive, highly self－motivated and energetic. ＊Straightforward and transparency position. ＊Good interpersonal and communication skill. ＊Clear presentation and good logic in customer approach. ＊High moral and compliance values |
