Our Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) is a global organization as part of Services, Customer Success board area. We are searching for a senior consultant in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan.

We are providing solutions for data-driven business with Our Intelligent Enterprise. DMLT is offering 100+ consulting services for guidance, advisory, architect, and delivery of unique and advanced technology to fill the gap in DATA area of solutions for customer’s business needs. Team is driving business through Go-To-Market, Demand Generation, Customer Engagement, technology development and service delivery in 3 solution areas around DATA;

1. Transition into the Intelligent Enterprise
We provide advisory for the best fit migration approach to our cloud ERP to customers and drive the business of Selective Data Transition as a global owner of the approach under MOVEMENT program.

2. Data Management
DMLT translates business strategy to deep-down technologies/solutions with holistic solution portfolio for customer’s challenges around data by providing services around Data Management Strategy, Governance, Architect, Data Quality, Master Data, Data Privacy, Data Volume and Retention, Data Integration and Intelligence.

3. System Landscape Optimization (SLO) for the Intelligent Enterprise
We have been delivering SLO services with unique technology for more than 20 years for business challenges like M&A, Divestures, Organization Structure changes, Data harmonization like master data, Currency changes, System Consolidations etc. It utilizes the table level migration/conversion technology as product vendor.

This position is a great opportunity to join Our Global expert community to become a global solution architect and develop carrier in special strategic technology in our company.

THE ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS
As a DMLT Consultant in this position your job will involve working in a global team focusing on:

a. International customer engagements/projects/support to lead delivery of defined solutions in productive environment, Our applications, digital platform, innovation and system landscapes:
b. International customer engagements/projects/supports to provide the best solution and solution architect to realize planned adoption and changes in productive environment, our applications, digital platform, innovation and system landscapes with experts from other team members or individually for your own core solution area:
c. Activities in our Go-to-Market Area including support for Professional services/Premium Engagement/License sales, the intellectual property in the form of best practices, creating sales collateral, methodologies and providing critical input into the Service Portfolio Management Team and development teams for further improvements.

It includes:
• Conduct evaluation of customer requests to define and construct the solution offering tailored to the specific requirements. Plan and estimate the service offering
• Lead and deliver small to large size of projects & engagements by maintaining trustful relationships with people, both externally on customer/partner side and internally
• Drive transformation projects into and within our Intelligent Enterprise incl. cloud ERP based on our standard software and DMLT consulting solutions
• Maintain and contribute to service development and knowledge sharing, continuous improvement in operation, products
• Lead bringing innovative idea of solutions to customers for their business benefits
• Enable regional/local consultants across teams in Service organization for delivery
• Engage and leverage multiple stakeholders in the related environments (sales, marketing, portfolio management, development..) to support our Go-to-Market activities
• Demonstrate leadership skill in global business operational model in DMLT
• Work with team in local, regional, and global in professional manner to deliver further higher value to customers and market

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduates from university with bachelor or master degree(s) or relevant work experience. if it is with area of specialties that potentially enhance business value like business administration, data science, AI, city planning etc., it would be great plus.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Business development skills – understand customer’s pain points and
present potential OUR/DMLT solution
• Solution design and architecture skills for core knowledge area
• Customer focus, ability to handle conflicts, organizational skills
• Very good communication skills across all hierarchy levels, both
internally and externally with leadership.
• Fluent in Japanese and Business level+ in English plus or at least
willingness to improve English
• Knowledge of core business processes such as Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-
Pay, Design2 Operate, or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset
• Experience in Data Management area of solutions like Data Intelligence
(DI) is a strong asset
• Programming knowledge and experience (ABAP, Python, JAVA, etc.) is
a strong asset
• Project management, Enterprise Architect, Business Consulting skills
are plus
• Presentation and facilitation skills are plus (e.g. visualization
techniques, Design Thinking, etc.)

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ of work experience in our products and overall 10 to 12 years of total IT industry experience.
• Should have understanding of business processes and enterprise structure overview. Fundamental knowledge and experience of any application areas in our ERP modules
• Knowledge and experience in executing data migration and conversion
projects, various data migration techniques and approaches as well as data management/governance topics like data management strategy, governance, data quality, master data governance.
• Experience and proven track in customer interaction and international projects is plus
• Understanding in our new dimension products along Intelligent Enterprise – e.g.) cloud ERP, Analytics Cloud, Data Intelligence, Machine Learning is plus

• If candidate has technical understanding of ABAP, Java, Python
• If any exposure to data management topics like data quality, master data
