Support automotive business in various product phase with its customer. The candidate
should be self－starter and motivated coping with various situation for successful product
launch in growing and dynamically changing automotive portfolio.
Working closely with various internal teams and key customer counterparts for reasonable
and sufficient solution support. Giving an innovative idea and analytics to overcome obstacles in various situations. Co－work with internal HW and SW engineering teams to understand the key technology which is in concern.
Have a mindset to learn new technologies continuously which can effectively help customer
and internal resourcing. Outstanding communication effort to coordinate customer and
internal teams for effective project execution.
Project management and problem solving for customer product with company's Automotive Solution
－Work with sales and marketing team to understand business opportunity and needful support to win the product
－Arrange necessary training plan with correct scope and timing
－Understand the critical communication paths for customer and internal product team
－Understand and scope the customer product requirement and gaps from the current
－Guide customer to the right direction to overcome difficulties
－Co－working with the right internal team to resolve problem with reasonable resource.
【必須（MUST）】－ 5 years or more experience in mobile communications/automotive system（i.e. IVI, AD/ADAS, Telematics） is preferred.
【歓迎（WANT）】－ Native level of Japanese language fluency. High business level English language for writing,
reading and conversation.
－ Project management experience and presentation skills.
－ Good team player to establish good relationship b/w the customers and internal teams.
Also strong negotiation skills are required.
－ Customer support or development of automotive related products, or smart phones.
