Overview / Business content As an assistant to the business manager, he/she is responsible for planning and executing business strategies. Specifically, she will be in charge of management and supervision of two departments in charge of to C digital marketing, various promotions, product planning, in－house new business development, business alliances with other companies, etc. ・ Formulation and execution of business strategy and product roadmap in line with management strategy. ・ Planning of new businesses and promotion of projects ・ Improvement of existing products such as crypto asset （virtual currency） sales offices, exchanges, Lightning, etc. based on user needs and legal requirements （including overseas bases depending on the project） ・ Alliance with external companies ・Definition of business requirements for system development that occur in the above －Analysis of user needs through various data and research |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Business strategy planning and execution experience in venture companies or FinTech companies （5 years or more）・ To C digital marketing experience or to C product planning experience （5 years or more） ・ 10 or more management experience ・ Cryptographic assets Knowledge of （virtual currency） ・ Business－level English （because of work with employees from overseas and overseas bases） 【歓迎（WANT）】 Welcome skills / experience・ System development, UIUX design, digital marketing, new business launch, any experience ・ Practical experience at financial institutions such as crypto assets, online securities, FX, etc. ・ at investment banks or strategic consulting firms ・ Business level English skills The person you want ・ Those who have the spirit to bring about change in the world with crypto assets （virtual currency） and blockchain ・ Those who can sympathize with our mission ”Easy the world with blockchain” and values （Passion, Execution, Number） ・ Change Those who have the ability to adapt to the situation ・ Those who can set their own problems, solve them, and provide value as a professional |
