• Own the development and delivery of the content and personality strategy for Japan irrespective of device. • Be responsible for Japan content and personality customer engagement and retention performance • Oversee and manage content collaborations as it relates to both internal and external parties, agencies and freelance contributors • Manage content production, budgets and timelines • Collaborate with other international teams to maintain feature backlogs, request tooling and resource for new content and personality initiatives |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor degree or equivalent （preferably Media or Journalism）• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and in English （Native－level fluency in Japanese language） • Experience working in creative or media industries • Deep knowledge of contemporary cultural and entertainment trends • A team player who is also able to work collaboratively and can motivate teams • Able to work in a fast－paced environment, deadline driven, and extremely well organized and detail－oriented with strong project management skills • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross－functional teams and operate in ambiguous environments 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Master’s Degree• Experience in a high technology company with products targeted at the media segment • Experience working with the industry analyst community and press • Strong network of production and post－production companies/freelancers at different levels |
