－ Preparing Logistics business planning and forecasting － Ensuring excellent financial controllership over the Logistics financials, including month end close － Maintaining data integrity and periodically auditing key transactional data － Communicating financial performance to business partners as well as corporate finance team － Developing and implementing policies that guide business team in improving and optimizing the process － Partnering with Logistics Japan team to lead cost initiatives, including identifying and analyzing new opportunities － Partnering with the Procurement Japan and Engineering teams to seek out new opportunities to reduce the costs of shipping supplies, including innovative means of packaging, and helping to drive the roll－out of these initiatives. 目黒本社において、ファイナンシャル・アナリスト（経営企画管理担当）として活躍いただける方を募集しています。急速に成長する輸送ネットワークを財務面及びお客様により良いサービスを提供するためにサポートする大変やりがいのある仕事です。輸送事業部（AMZL）のビジネスリーダーのパートナーとして輸送企画及び財務・オペレーションの指標を分析し、コストの改善及びイニシアチブの提案及び実現に貢献します。主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。 － 予算策定、予実管理 － 月次決算を含む輸送に関する財務指標の管理 － データの一貫性を保持し、定期的にデータの監査の実行 － プロセス改善及び最適化に繋がるポリシーの策定及び実行 － 財務指標について、ビジネス・パートナー、USのファイナンスに対して適切なコミュニケーション － 輸送事業部と協調してコスト削減の機会を見出し、実行すること － 資材の調達部及びエンジニアリング・チームと協調して、革新的な手段を含む資材費の削減に繋がる機会を追求し、実行をサポートすること |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 3＋ years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or a related highly－analytic field－ BA/BS degree － Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English － Strong PC modeling skills including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel － Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities － 財務、会計、コンサルティング、ないしこれに類する高度な分析を伴う業務経験が3年以上 － 大学卒以上 － 優れたPCモデリングスキルを有すること（Microsoft Excel中・上級レベル：macros, pivots, lookups） － ボリュームの多いデータから役に立つ情報を読みとるスキルを有すること ※希望するスキル・経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 － MBA/CPA preferred－ Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload － Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment － Advanced skills in MS Word/Excel, Oracle SQL, Python, COGNOS, Access, and/or Essbase － Knowledge of or prior experience in the Japanese logistics/ transportation business － MBA/CPAお持ちの方 － 仕事のペースが速く、また変化の激しく、物事が不確実・不明瞭な環境の中でも、自発的に考え、業務を遂行でき、業務内容や業務量に優先順位をつけてしっかりと業務を遂行し、期日を守り結果を出せること ※要マルチタスク能力 － MS Word/Excel, Oracle SQL, Python, COGNOS, Access, and/or Essbase等に関する知識をお持ちの方 － 物流又は輸送業に関する知識、経験あれば尚可 |
