The Job holder will be responsible to coordinate and Lead the Trainings activities at our Technical Operations
The Training coordinator will maintain the training requirements in coordination
with our Global training department. The job holder will monitor the training activity progress for individual in Learning
Management System （LMS）, remind and escalate deviations if any. Work closely with Compliance and Training team for the effectiveness check for the training
Areas Of Responsibility：
・Lead Site Training Program, ensure its execution as per Global Quality Standards requirements.
・Ensure that only Qualified Trainers deliver interactive training to the site employees; establish and manage Trainer effectiveness check process.
・Establish and oversee training needs assessment process.
・Establish Training Effectiveness Check model and metrics.
・Establish and oversee execution of Employee Qualification process at all GMP controlled departments at the site.
・Develop site reports representing Site Training Program Effectiveness indicators.
・Manage development and delivery of the site training courses as per identified training needs.
・Prepare Integrated Training Calendar （ITC） as per integrated training program approach and track its execution.
・Assist Qualified Trainer/Coach with OJT/ILT training, where applicable.
・Assist/support HOD /Designee, Training Coordinator, and Qualified Trainer/Coach with development of course materials.
・Conduct OJT/ILT training under oversight of Qualified Trainer/Coach and ensure that all training requirements are completed.
・Develop training curriculum in coordination with Department Management at site.
・Report training compliance to site quality, schedule and coordinate training.
・Enter training data and records into the Learning Management System （LMS）, as applicable.
・Manage training record documentation according to Site Good Documentation practices.
・Ensure training course entries into LMS curriculum of the employee as soon as it has been identified as a “need” and prior to the attendance of that particular training.
【必須（MUST）】Educational Qualification：Any graduation.
Skills：Japanese in native level ＋ business level English in both verbal and writing
Experience：5 Years in QA, preferably QA in the foreign pharma company in Japan
