Your Key Responsibilities Confirm functional and non－functional requirements with the client or project members Design and Development of modules and programs for automated testing Developing IT, ST, SIT Test Scenarios and Test Cases Supporting UAT Additional responsibilities of Team Leader for an experienced candidate The projects relate to development and major transformative enhancements at life insurance companies: Development or Reengineering, legacy modernization and migration, cloud migration, etc. |

【歓迎（WANT）】 Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 5－15 years of experience in Information Technology. • Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. • At least 3 years of experience in Insurance. • Over 2 years of experience in creating and executing test cases with automation test technologies for UI （such as Selenium, Cypress）, APIs （such as Postman, Karate） and unit test （such as jest, TestNg） • Written and spoken Japanese （native level or near－native level – N2 or N1 level is required）. • Business English is required. Preferred Qualifications At least 5－6 years of experience in Insurance is preferred. • Experience working in an onsite/offshore, multilingual environment • Experience in life insurance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in software development life cycle • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. |
