仕事内容 • Lead overall optimization of the HR process landscape as team representative
o Manage and maintain the HR overall process landscape to be efficient meeting the legal/policy requirements
o Coordinate and lead process optimization initiatives to optimize existing HR processes
o Propose optimization solutions to reduce process steps, interfaces and time on regular basis
o Link optimized processes to IT potential solutions (digitalization)
• Act as HR change manager and bring further HR tech efficiency
o Propose optimization solution to the current HR-IT landscape
o Coordinate/realize changes to the current HR-IT landscape with HR office, IT office and other relevant stakeholders to realize stable operations and customer benefits (main HR system: Oracle HCM)
o Evaluate impact of any change to the existing HR-IT landscape (e.g. cost, time, etc.)
• Coordinate the overall HR data management processes
o Manage change requests to HR data in line with relevant stakeholders in HR
o Coordinate data management activities with the local IT office, central HR-IT department and other stakeholders to secure data security policies/regulations and proper system/data interfaces (main HR system: Oracle HCM)
• Manage projects and vendor negotiations to improve the HR-IT landscape
o Manage and coordinate projects to realize agreed changes to the HR-IT landscape
o Coordinate vendor selection processes, negotiation and administration of projects related to HR-IT landscape
o Design HR-IT system operation in an efficient and effective way
• Act as "Assistant Manager" to manage the team & cooperate with the team manager
o Lead team as deputy of the manager with intensive cross-functional work
o Manage external vendors on demand for project related activities
o Communicate with other team members to measure office and company expectations and support their development
