We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join the marketing team, who crafts human-centric, insights-driven and measurable campaign creative strategies that deliver against our brand's goals and truly break through. The ideal candidate is a culture and insights nerd and excellent storyteller, who will work closely with the go-to-market and creative teams to bring innovative, unexpected brand campaigns to life, as well as have the opportunity to build creative strategies aligning with brand vision/positioning. If you're a curious thinker who is passionate about broad cultural and industry trends, but also obsessed with the intricacies of niche communities and phenomena, we'd love to speak with you. Responsibilities - Develop incisive and compelling strategic creative briefs for brand-level marketing campaigns based on local insights. - Work closely with local marketing team to concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough, communication for all kinds of campaigns as needed. - Create the art and science of turning cultural phenomena into breakthrough, real-time activations/campaigns. - Collaborate with go-to-market and creative teams to bring the strategy to life, and be able to steer the those teams to stay brief and keep the north star in mind; work with marketing leads from other regions to ensure global alignment on creative strategies. - Be the go-to thought leader and expert within the marketing team on both trends in the app and in broader culture, and summarize actionable takeaways for the team. - Be a passionate advocate of the importance of culture, trends and DEI in all marketing initiatives. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Qualifications- Bachelors degree or above. - 7+ years of professional experience in brand marketing, related marketing, advertising agency; prefer planner/strategist background. - Must be a creative thinker and skilled storyteller with exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills. - Possess the ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly – we move at the speed of culture. - Have a proven track record of operating independently, being organized, having strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously; be solution-oriented when faced with ambiguity. - Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization. - Highly experienced with large 360 campaigns. - Deep understanding of the online video and entertainment landscape. - Ideally from a creative agency or brand-side from an internet/tech company, with experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams; experience working at a global organization is a plus. |
