・Implement HR Strategy, Policies, programs, processes, and services. ・Overall responsible for day－to－day performance management: coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions. ・Establish/run a People Manager Community to build and sustain skills. ・Manage, investigate, and resolve employee grievances, dispute and complaint at low risk and support in complex cases level. ・Work with Labour Unions. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・10＋ years solid hands－on experience across most HR disciplines: TalentManagement, Performance Management, Engagement, Compensation ＆ Benefits, Organizational Design and Development, Business Partnering and coaching leaders in People and organizational development. ・5＋years’ experience as a people manager leading and developing a HR Team. ・Agile and nimble mindset proven record of working with Lean and setting best practice standards and executing effectively. ・Operates smoothly in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and different organizational maturity levels. ・Proven record of coaching and business partnering with leaders at all levels of organization. ・Native level Japanese and business level English. ・University degree BA and ideally a MA in HR, Business Administration, Labor Law, Organizational Psychology or Sociology. 【歓迎（WANT）】 |
