Your Key Responsibilities • Interact with client business and IT users for queries, request fulfillment and issue resolution. Leverage the ticketing system to resolve user queries / issues within the defined SLA. • Implement basic, documented break－fix tasks along the lines of following a Run－Book or knowledge article to resolve incidents and requests. • Periodically prepare and publish reports on status of incidents, service level metrics and improvements • Publish knowledge articles on new issues, fixes and methods • Communicate and coordinate with level 2 support in case of additional support needed for issue resolution • Periodically update client users on progress of issue resolution |

【歓迎（WANT）】 Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology. • Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. • At least 3 years of experience in AS/400, XpDS, DS400 • Japanese proficiency at native level • English proficiency at business level • Strong client communication skills • Experience in onsite － offshore model • Readiness and flexibility for supporting wide range of applications / technologies in the portfolio • Code reading capability for understanding existing code base Preferred Qualifications • At least 3 years of experience in ITIL • At least 1 year of experience in Warehouse Management System Support and Configuration • At least 1 year of experience in Retail industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in software development life cycle • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. |
