• Consult with and advise the Company on appropriate legal requirements and risks related to privacy. • Counsel and advise senior management and various legal, IT security, and business teams on mitigating privacy risks. • Monitor evolving laws, regulations, and best practices in the areas of privacy in Japan and a few other Asian markets to help identify critical legal issues and practical compliance solutions for the Company. • Translate complex privacy laws and regulations into technical and operational legal requirements while working closely and coordinating with information security and technology teams. |
