業務内容】 ・事業会社（保険会社）の法務部における全ての法務業務（契約書審査、その他文書審査、法務アドバイザリー、訴訟ADR対応・管理、社外弁護士管理、部門の規程のアップデート・管理、法令情報の提供および各部の法令対応状況の最終確認、各種社内報告・委員会報告の資料作成を含みますが、これらに限りません） ・その他、部門における一般事務全般 ※当社は法務部門とコンプライアンス部門が分かれているので、社内規程上は法務部にコンプライアンス対応は分掌されていませんが、状況に応じて一部のコンプライアンス対応を行う場合があります。 【実務担当者としての対応レベル】 Legal Risk Management: As such, must ensure that all local legal risks are identified and controlled and must guarantee the legal security of the company, in particular for risks pertaining to: Insurance regulation （regarding insurance products, insurance distribution, insurance companies etc.）, Company law, Business law, Competition law, Consumer law, Civil law, Tax law （whether insurance products, distribution or corporate taxes）, Finance law, Labour law, IP law, IT law, personal data protection, anti－money laundering regulation, regulation pertaining to Digital, Real property law （leases etc.） etc. Ensure that the organization （including management of litigations） is at all time appropriate in order to identify and control such legal risks. As such: Must guarantee that the Legal Department is in a position to appropriately operate, May delegate some parts of the Legal Risk Management to external lawyers, if appropriate, Implement （or get implemented） appropriate procedures and permanent control （inside the Legal Department, within the company and/or with external lawyers）. Responsible for local legal policies, provide legal memoranda and assist in the company's development through legal advice and proactive legal solutions. Maintain a high level of legal expertise through proper legal watch （keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments）, conferences, seminars, trainings, technology watch etc. |

【歓迎（WANT）】 Bachelor Degree：法務部学位以上Japanese: N1 or Business Level：日本語母語、英語ビジネスレベル 5＋ experience in similar role：保険会社法務部の主担当（上記の全ての業務の経験あり）として、7年以上の経験 |
