|部署・役職名||Enterprise Marketing Manager|
We are looking for analytical and data-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager to develop and lead marketing activities for B2B business. You will have responsibility for acquiring new customers through various channels including online, events, and third party media. As part of this role, you will work at the strategic level to champion bold and innovative ideas and at the tactical level to develop messaging, design multi-channel campaigns, execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics.
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in raising marketing brand awareness, marketing automation, operations, and working with large volumes of data. The right candidate also has strong communication and project management skills, and will be results oriented and also have the ability to innovate and design processes to engage with our business customers. You will be expected to solve complex problems in an ambiguous and dynamic environment to make history in our new organization.
Key job responsibilities
Design customer acquisition processes that address the various customer segments including end-users and senior procurement executives, in the verticals such as education, health care, government, commercial, etc.
Manage 3rd party display and search platform based on performance and enhance its performance with outside vendors.
Design and plan to raise brand awareness through various channels
Proactively explore new effective online and offline marketing channels to acquire customers
Establish operational metrics and reporting to manage traffic, acquisition channels, account management performance
Analyze marketing metrics, identify growth drivers and problems, and act on improvement opportunities
Work closely with other members and take actions to maximize impact of integrated cross-organization effort.
・5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, digital marketing, research and brand marketing
・Fluent written and oral communication skills for both Japanese and English
・Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
・Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. web CMS, marketing automation tool, image editing, web analytics)
・Ability to work independently and autonomously
・Excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives
・Solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
・Strong analytical skills, ability to understand and use web metrics to gauge trends and evaluate content performance.
