Looking for talent to coach and manage the client finance team. Lead an international team of six and report directly to the Director of Finance. Responsibilities: ・Working closely with our client service partners, managing the economics of our client engagements and our client billings ＆ collections. ・Contribute to regional and global initiatives as required ・Ensure strong operating financial controls and adherence to Firm finance policies ・Prepare monthly financial information and analysis for projects ・Work closely with the accounts payables, payroll, tax and other benefits Finance team |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role・Native level Japanese and Business level English ・University degree, preferably in finance/accounting or business administration 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Excellent skills in solving problems・Very good understanding of contractual and commercial aspects as well as process and internal control systems ・Ability to work and stay focused under pressure, manage tasks against timelines |
