Overview: • Lead and drive overall recruitment strategy • Multi－layer stakeholder management Internally and externally • Ensure recruitment practices are executed to drive candidate interest and engagement Responsibilities: • Provide end－to－end recruiting services to our internal clients （business units） to acquire the talents to achieve our clients’ business goals. • Work with stakeholders for discussion on planning and talent delivery. • Plan and attend network/recruiting event and other external activities to evangelize our brand name and core values. • Headhunt and network with potential candidates to build the talent pool for upcoming positions. • Understand and facilitate our open positions to fill them with qualified candidates. • Meet the team KPI as a part of Recruiting team （source of candidates, cost, etc） |

【必須（MUST）】 Leadership ＆ Management / Behavioral Competencies:• Outstanding communicator who can effectively engage and manage external and internal stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships and partnerships • Must thrive in a dynamic and performance－driven environment, must perform well under pressure • Ability to multi－task, drive and manage change, and be proactive in a changing environment • Strong project management skills • An outstanding team player committed to supporting shared goals and ideas • Japanese language proficiency at native level plus business level English. You will communicate with your candidates and stakeholders independently in both Japanese and English 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Understand “recruiting” as a part of HR department, internal recruiting experience is a plus.• Experience in talent sourcing from events, job boards, LinkedIn and employee referral. • Creative and entrepreneurial with problem solving skills Personal Characteristics: • Outgoing individual. • Self－motivated to learn quickly and drive for results. • Resilient and recovers quickly from setbacks • Adjustable in new environment while proactively seeking for learning experiences |
