職責
▪ Works under minimal supervision to drive broad 1-2-year account strategy plans for approximately 30 Key accounts, leveraging input from technical sellers (e.g., Inside Sales Executives) as needed
▪ Maintains ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year
▪ Works to develop relationship with Key accounts across all customer buying centers; identifies and builds relationships with customer centers of influence
▪ Maintains high-touch relationships with highest potential accounts and maintains regular contact with others to ensure capture of expansion opportunities
▪ Maintains industry ties/connections to understand market trends and anticipate tailwinds and headwinds
▪ Builds on customer relationships to ensure successful renewals and identify future sales opportunities
▪ Drive sales of core products and services in the designated accounts in the Key account tier
▪ Recognizes account growth opportunities and develops solutions for customers across Business Units (BUs) and Commercial Operating Units (COUs), teaming with specialized resources as needed
▪ Deploys sales plays in coordination with Commercial Operations
▪ Leverages account team and their relevant expertise to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities as needed, e.g. Technical Inside Sales Reps selling technically specialized products or Sales reps from another COU
▪ Collaborates with Account Executives when taking over newly acquired accounts and Lead Development Rep for inbound leads from existing customers
▪ Facilitates handoffs to customer success and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service delivery
応募資格

【歓迎(WANT)】

資格
▪ Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
▪ Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), CRM software, and digital account planning tools
▪ 5+ years of related sales experience and/or demonstrated account management capability
