Pharma Companies in Japan are increasingly looking for greater impact and efficiency in how they manage events for HCPs and KoLs, with rising expectations of exceptional user experience, compliant planning & execution and seamless integration with partners. This role is the “Virtual CEO” for their product area and responsible for its success in the market.
・Drive strategy for the product that corresponds to the Japan market needs driving deep adoption and usage of Japan customers.
・Use market insight to ensure our customers succeed with our product, co-ordinating across functional leaders to align effort and deploy the right resources
・Working closely with all internal teams; Product, Services, Solution Consulting, Alliances, locally and globally to evolve our services offering and increase the value it brings to our customers
・Identifying areas for expansion and work with marketing & sales to define the win strategy for those customers
・Own growth plans and pricing for our product in Japan
【必須（MUST）】・12+ years experience in multinational pharma companies, in commercial domains such as sales and marketing, Commercial Excellence and/or IT
・Has planned and executed Events from a business or systems perspective
・Has worked on global teams, projects related to business or IT transformation
・Native Japanese skill, excellent spoken and written English
・Has a purposeful vision of helping the pharma industry, deploy innovative digital solutions to solve critical issues

・Worked with a software or systems integration company, either as an employee or part of a project
・Has worked in software industry
