配属部署：：Logistics, Supply Chain Management レポートライン： Head of Supply Chain 部下有：6名のメンバーマネジメント予定 【Roles ＆ Responsibilities】 Enable stable and effective distribution of Company products in Japan with appropriate quality managements and costs by using 3P logistics service provider and by managing Logistics department of Japan. Particularly responsible for the following: 1. Logistics operation planning to achieve company mission and objectives 2. Adequate logistics budgeting and cost controlling 3. Leadership to provide best class logistics by balancing cost and service ■ Management of 3P Logistics Service Provider ・ Arrange necessary storage spaces and effective logistics networks by analysis ・ Manage LSP contracts and SOW ・ Manage logistics operations and IT between LSP and Company ・ Assess service levels and plan improvements ■ Management of Customer Order Management ・ Keep high quality of service in customer order processing, claim/return handling, billing and customer/stakeholder communications ・ Work with IT to maintaining SAP, JD－Net and 3P WMS interface with IT for stable and effective operations ・ Assess service levels by KPI/metrics reporting and analysis ・ Keep compliance to SOX and regulatory requirements and receive audits 4. Lead and manage Logistics organization and employees ・ Plan adequate work resources ・ Educate employees to grow |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Excellent understanding and experience with logistics operation management by using LSP・Good understanding of customer order management operations ・Working experience as people manager ・Japanese native level and fluent in English （both spoken and written） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience of pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry・Strong knowledge of SAP is an advantage |
