・This role plays a critical role to streamline and improve Japan’s entire supply chain activities and to develop talents in SCM organization. This position manages and/or drives （a） developments of talents, （b） improvements of our supply chain activities, （c） relationship with cross function teams, （d） relationships with sourcing units regarding Supply Chain, and （e） issue resolutions associated with our supply chain activities. This role is accountable for Japan’s service level to our customers balancing Japan’s demand and supply.
・This position would be required to come to the TOK office a maximum two days per week （less than 50％ of the month） when required.
・Engage team members and improve capability within the team and the division.
・Lead the supply planning of Japan and secure service level for Japan, while managing optimum inventory level and minimizing non－quality cost.
・Responsible for customer service level （Target > 99％） to our customers.
・Drive supply performance visibility to Japan business leadership team, relevant sourcing factories, and the regional supply community. Lead regular pipeline review meeting to feed S＆OP＋ process.
・Initiate escalation for any unresolved supply issues and/or risks, and drive resolution by influencing to leadership members at factories and/or region.
・Drives x－functional, x－culture, and x－unit collaborations for end－to－end supply chain improvements and new way of working.
・Oversees the overall supply chain for Japan and drive the optimization as a business.
・Drive Japan business through facilitating Japan S＆OP＋ STEP3 （SCMR）.
・Co－develop Japan supply chain strategy together with S＆OP＋ Senior manager and SCM director, and take ownership of deploying the strategy.
・Context and Scope
・As a facilitator of the STEP3 S＆OP＋, this position works closely with senior leaders within Japan and Asia Regional TLT community.
・Through effective and efficient communication with sourcing unit managers, she/he is required to improve relationship with sourcing units.
・She/he is expected to make a step change to current pipeline planning process/method to adopt to rapid changing environment in the most efficient and effective way.
・She/he also needs to provide inputs and insights to senior leaders for them to make right decisions to deliver fiscal year cash target and customer service level through the inventory optimization.
・She/he balance ever changing demand and supply for Japan and secure Japan service level to keep customers’ engagements with us.
・She/he focus on succession planning for this role and develop non－manager associates working for supply chain planning.
・She/he leads team engagement and talent development, is expected to role model our culture and philosophy.
【必須（MUST）】・University Degree – preferably in Supply Chain
・Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain planning
・English （Business Level / TOEIC > 800）
・International influence skill

・Strong ability to engage with multiple stakeholders on different levels across functions and different segments
・Strong ability to face into challenges and tensions proactively and align senior stakeholders accordingly
