仕事内容	【Job Description】 This opportunity is for a product support engineer at an industry solution team in Electronic Industry Solutions Group, which is responsible team for delivering manufacturing solutions to semiconductor industry. The product support engineer will be in charge of contributing to business growth by mainly developing and supporting hardware related items for new and existing solution aiming at customers world-wide mainly for parametric test. Key objectives of the role are as follows: Work close with hardware service engineers in sales team and engineers in the solution team for solving customer’s challenges with in-depth technical knowledge and product expertise Plan and execute hardware support of the new solution and enhancement of existing solution Develop and deliver technical training to the hardware service engineers in sales team Contribute to the improvement of the solution by managing effective feedback-loop from customers to the solution team 弊社Electronic Industry Solutionグループでは国内外の半導体メーカ向けに量産向けテストシステムの開発・マーケティングを行っています。募集するプロダクトサポートエンジニアはテクニカルマーケティング部において半導体パラメトリックテスト向けのハードウェア保守関連を開発およびサポートすることによりビジネスに貢献します。主な職務・営業チームのハードウェアサービスエンジニアや開発・マーケティングのエンジニアと連携し、技術や製品の知識を利用して顧客の要望・課題を解決する・テストソリューション向けハードウェアサポートを計画し実施する・営業チームのハードウェアサービスエンジニア向けトレーニングを開発し実施する・顧客の声をチームに効果的にフィードバックすることによる、ソリューションの改良への貢献
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・電気・電子工学および関連学科の学士または修士卒・計測、半導体または電子業界のいづれかでの5年以上の経験があることが望ましい・考えを効果的に伝えるためのコミュニケーション能力・英語でのコミュニケーション（会話、メール）とプレゼンテーション能力・プロジェクトマネジメントやプランニングのスキル・Key success factorやcritical business issueに、熱意、好奇心をもって自主的にとりくめる【歓迎（WANT）】・アプリケーションエンジニア、技術サポートまたはR&Dのいづれかの3年以上の職務経験があることが好ましい・海外との業務経験があることが好ましい
