仕事内容 【この仕事は半導体計測装置向けの製品開発の仕事になります。企画から最終製品に至るまで日本で行い世界中に届けています。半導体計測ビジネスでは40年以上の歴史があります。開発している製品は、SMU（Source Measure Unit）とよばれている、高精度DC測定装置が中心となります。ｆA～1500A、nV ～3kVまでと幅広い電圧電流レンジを扱います。DC以外でも半導体計測に必要な高精度、高感度計測装置を開発しています。
ハードウエア開発エンジニアの仕事は部品レベルの開発、PCボードレベルの開発、システムレベルの開発を行います。
労働条件 Job Function
R&D

Using your creativity and deep expertise to develop test system product that satisfy customer’s test automation challenge.
Work with international teams to coordinate solution-level design challenges to maximize product value.
Integration of instruments and performance verification of test system as a wafer test solution
Designing accessories to achieve system performance.
Self-starter able to think and act independently to translate general objectives into tangible results, with a record of delivering successful designs on schedule to meet market requirements.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

・MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering or related technical field (condensed matter physics etc.)
・Minimum 7 years of electronics engineering for products, design, and evaluation.
・Expertise in one of the following technical area: analog circuits or digital circuits or system design, device modeling, measurement and test or related field.
・Experience working with any of the following field is a plus:
・Development of semiconductor devices. (e.g. Power, CMOS or RF, Optical, Analog Front End -IC, ASIC , FPGA etc.)
・Development of production test equipment such as Tester
・Modeling or Characterization of semiconductor devices.
・Test and Measurement of semiconductor devices.
・Project leading or project managemnt above.
・Self-starter able to think and act independently to translate general objectives into tangible results, with a record of delivering successful designs on schedule to meet market requirements.
・Excellent communications and ability to work well in team environment with people at all levels.
・Experience of working in an international team
