【具体的な仕事内容】 1-1 業許可更新・維持 化粧品製造販売届書の作成・提出 化粧品製造販売変更届の作成・提出 化粧品製造販売届書・化粧品製造販売変更届の乙仲 通関部への連絡 化粧品製造業の変更届（３拠点） 医薬部外品製造業の変更届（２拠点） 化粧品製造販売業の変更届 医薬部外品製造販売業の変更届 医薬部外品の動態調査（薬事工業生産動態統計調査） サンプル輸入通関（書類の作成を含む） 薬監証明の作成・手配 輸出書類の作成 国内製造メーカーの組織変更に伴う書類の作成 JCIAや関連団体、関係省庁からの問い合わせ対応 1-2 製品・販促物のレビュー 製造品の法定表示の確認 広告・販促物レビュー（マーケ、ＥＣ） 製品パッケージレビュー（マーケ、ＥＣ、ＢＰＤ） 出荷前判定（マーケ、ＥＣ、ＢＰＤ） 1-3 新製品／改良品の開発サポート 成分チェック 原料チェック 法規制のチェック 市場導入検討品の問い合わせ対応（マーケ、グループ会社） 法規制の問い合わせ（マーケ、SA、GLOBAL、グループ会社） マーケのリクエストによる資料の事前相談・プレレビュー 有用性評価の提案（訴求のため） * Manage and implement Regulatory Affairs strategies, policies and objectives in accordance with Company strategic plans. * Provide regulatory guidance, risk assessment and management throughout the product lifecycle. * Prepare submissions and reports for government agencies as required by product regulatory classification. * Develop impact assessments and drive implementation of compliance plans. * Provide on-going support to New Product Development and Commercial project teams on regulatory issues and questions. * Support new and currently marketed products, including label review and managing changes requiring government approval. * Manage the pre-market registration, notification or conformity assessment process to enable product sale. * Monitor and interpret changes in laws, standards and regulations; determine impact to business. * Review and approve formulations and designs according to regional requirements. * Represent EPC to trade association Committees or Task Forces as assigned. * Author or approve Regulatory and cross-functional SOPs. * Support and drive process improvements. |

※下記いずれかが該当する方 ・ 「総括製造販売責任者」の経験者 ・ 薬剤師 ・ 大学で化学関連の学位を取得している方 ・ 大学で化学関連の単位を12単位以上取得されている方 |

【必須（MUST）】 ・大卒以上・化粧品メーカー・製薬会社での実務経験を3年以上お持ちの方 ・輸入化粧品の輸入業を営む会社での実務経験を3年以上お持ちの方 ・英語でコミュニケーションを取れる方 【歓迎（WANT）】 * Regulatory experience (understanding of rules and regulations)* Ability to think strategically * Experience of preparing regulatory guidance * Familiar with chemicals, raw materials and formulations – knowing what we can and can’t do * Able to develop impact assessments |
