Field of Activity The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing new sales and relationships and growing existing ones in our Tokyo office. Tasks/Responsibilities ▪ Initiate, establish and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions ▪ Monitor service levels, escalate and resolve potential operational problems to ensure high quality standards ▪ Sell products and services to existing customers ▪ Identify the needs of prospective clients and develop new business opportunities |

【必須（MUST）】 ▪ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, 7-10 years of experience in Financial Industry (Bank, Broker & Dealer, Trust Bank) is a must; Sales experienceis highly desirable ▪ Native level in Japanese and strong language skills in English 【歓迎（WANT）】 ▪ Knowledge of the banking sector, with good network contacts▪ Experience in custody services is a plus ▪ Self-initiative, highly motivated and influencing skills ▪ Motivator and very target oriented 【Qualifications/Required skills】 |
