Purpose of the position
The successful incumbent is responsible for developing and steering marketing roadmap in Japan to achieve sustainable and profitable growth for designated product portfolio through effective development, review and implementation of product leadership strategy.
•Report directly to Team Lead – Product Leadership Strategy (Inserts), develop strategic directions for Company’s Inserts product portfolio to achieve market leadership position in Japan.
•Derive opportunities and understand status quo, competition and product gaps and develop product vision with customer acceptance test, feedback and align business case through business opportunity description with Japan marketing team and North Asia regional management team.
•Define value propositions for inserts products with respect to competitions. Develop simple and inspiring marketing concepts for sales teams and end customers by leveraging introduction of new product to re-visit product line strategies.
•Build a strong partnership with Japan marketing team in executing marketing strategies to achieve business targets through our existing and new products launches.
•Work closely with sales management team on how to best leverage our product portfolios to sustain customer engagement initiatives in different sales trades.
•Support the competence build up of both trade managers and sales team and arrange experience exchange when necessary to cultivate a strong mindset for them to actively promote and generate incremental sales of Inserts to shape the Company as a true solution partner with our customers.
•Assume product leadership strategy responsibility in conducing local adaptation of marketing materials, analyzing critical KPIs and reporting business result to management team.
【必須（MUST）】•Degree or above in engineering, business, marketing or related discipline.
•At least 8 years of experience in product marketing of professional products in large scale Japanese company or MNCs company with close collaboration with sales team.
•Sound understanding of construction market environment including market landscape, competition, project specifying game is an added plus.
•Demonstrate the ability in handling both strategic and operational tasks by roll up the sleeves and pro-actively involve in actions/activities in five locations in North Asia namely Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
•Excellent planning and time management skills and manage multiple tasks within tight timeline.
•Highly proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills and capable in collaborating and influencing stakeholders at country, region and global level.
•Aspiring in developing a long term career in the company and preferably with the flexibility to relocate to other locations for future career advancement.
