We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the customer service acumen, but also the ability to provide a basic level of technical support service. This position is located at our local Service center however the role will require travel as needed and directed by management. 仕事の内容 • サービス部署におけるパーツ業務担当 具体的な業務 • サービス工場における、部品業務全般 • 本国へ部品発注、受け取り、棚入れ、整理、梱包、出荷 • 部品見積もり依頼対応 • お客様との電話対応、メール対応、接客 • システムを使っての入出庫管理 • 部品の品質管理、保証部品返送及びレポート作成 • 部品の在庫管理及び、在庫調整業務 • 需要解析、発注ボリューム予測及び調整 • その他、状況に応じたサービス関連業務サポート |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 自動車ディーラー、メーカー等での部品業務経験者• 自動車整備、部品、特殊工具などに関する知識がある方 • 自動車に関する基本知識がある方 • MSオフィス等の基本的なPCスキル • チームワークをもって働ける方 • 問題点に対する対策を前向きに対応できる方 • 柔軟な考えをもってスピーディーに働ける方 • 自動車ディーラー部品管理システムの経験があれば尚可 • 英語でのメール対応が出来れば尚可 |
