MISSION - The fast and effective resolution of customer complaints - Determination of recurrent and severe customer issues, their containment, root cause analysis, correction, and prevention Eliminate dissatisfaction by ensuring customer issues are well managed and ultimately prevented - Ensure a reliable process is operating to solve customer complaints fast and effectively - Escalate customer issues to the right organization whenever needed, and supports collaborative resolution in the customer's best interest - Ensure all customer issues are regularly analyzed in order to identify top issues and launch projects to prevent recurring. - Collaborate with other organizations in order to contain, correct, and prevent problems affecting customers - Lead execution of containment actions for known problems |

【必須(MUST)】 QualificationsEducation: Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. Job Related Experience: - 5 years of experience in design or quality assurance of electric products, (the experience of UPS, industrial cooling products are preferable.). - 5 years of experience to deal with quality issues with customers and proven record on solving critical quality issues - Understand ISO approach to ensure product and process quality Business Understanding: Understanding IT business, customer nature and customer requirements on product and process quality Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): - Strong influence skill with global mindset - Multicultural skills - Communication capabilities - Technical report writing skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English. |
