We believe in creating a healthy, learning environment for our employees to flourish. ■業務概要 ・DCSのメジャービルドデリバリーチームの一員であるデザイン＆エンジニアリングのグローバルヘッドへ報告 ・日本のデザイン＆エンジニアリングチームへ学際的な技術／デザイン管理のガイダンスを提供するとともに、サイト選択活動やデューデリジェンス調査中にデリバリーチームや不動産チームを含む他のチームと協力 ・デザイン＆エンジニアリングチームをサポート ・日本のデザイン＆エンジニアリングチームのワークロードの管理、チームの技術開発トレーニングの特定と編成、エンジニアのメンターシップにおいて、デザイン＆エンジニアリングのグローバルヘッド(D＆E)を支援 ・日本のデザイン＆エンジニアリングチームとグローバルコアチームの主要連絡窓口として、プロジェクトの継続性と品質を確保 ・単一障害点の特定と修復の可能性を含む、データセンターの設計の整合性に関する定期的な独立した評価（監査）の準備、日本のすべてのプロジェクトの設計の進捗状況の監視に向けた定期的なレポートの作成、顧客要件やプロジェクトの期限と予算に合わせた納品を保証 ・他のエンジニアリングチーム、デリバリーチーム(PM／CM／コマーシャル)、試運転チーム、サイト管理チームのデザイン＆エンジニアリングに関連する事項の運用に協力し、アドバイスと支援を提供 ・すべての内部承認文書の詳細かつタイムリーな完成に向けて他のチームと協力 ・デューデリジェンステクニカルサポート ・適切な外部コンサルタントの特定を支援し、各プロジェクトの初期段階(ステージ0)にて契約準備を支援 ・データセンターの初期デューデリジェンス調査、適合テスト、予備オプション調査の提供で主導的な役割を果たし、プログラムや設計などに対応する外部エンジニアリングコンサルタントを管理して、プロジェクトの開始を成功させ、最終的に費用対効果と回復力のあるインフラストラクチャを実現 ・設計、エンジニアリング、建設、他のエンジニアリング機能との連携、調達と配送を含む作業のすべての側面に技術的アプローチを適用し、アイテムの調達が最も費用効果の高い方法で行われるようする（可能な限り初期取得コストだけでなく、総所有コストもカバー） ・ステージ0の設計チームのワークロードに積極的に参加し、すべてのプロジェクトドキュメントの内部ガバナンスの承認が詳細かつタイムリーに完了させる ・プロジェクトのステージ0／ステージ1プログラムの監視において開発ディレクターをサポートし、目標達成に向けた詳細な計画を作成し、技術活動の統合を指示するだけでなく、プロジェクトの実施を成功させるための監視設計、コスト管理。プロジェクト情報システムの基準をアドバイス／維持 □Role Description ・You will report to the Global Head of Design & Engineering, part of the Major Builds Delivery Team in our DCS. ・You will provide multi-disciplinary technical and design management guidance to the Design & Engineering Team in Japan, as well as collaborating with the other teams including Delivery and Real Estate team during site selection activities and due diligence studies. ・Design and Engineering Team Support ・You will be required to assist the Global Head of Design and Engineering (D&E) in managing the workload of our D&E Japan team and identifying and organising Technical Development training for the Team, as well as Mentorship for our Engineers. ・You will act as the main point of contact between the local D&E Japan team and the global core team, to ensure continuity and quality of our projects delivery. ・The role will require the preparation of regular independent assessments (Audits) of the design integrity of our data centres, including the possible identification and remediation of Single Points of Failure, together with the preparation of regular Reports to monitor the design progresses on all projects in Japan for compliance with ours and/or Customer Requirements, ensuring delivery on time and on budget of our projects. ・To collaborate and provide advice and assistance to other Engineering, Delivery (PM/CM/Commercial) and Commissioning teams, site management teams and operations on all matters relating to engineering and design. ・Working with other teams to ensure that all internal approval documentation are completed in a detailed and timely fashion. ・Due Diligence Technical Support ・Your role will require to support in identifying suitable external consultants and to assist in the preparation of their contracts at the early stages of each project (Stage 0). ・You will play a leading role in the delivery of the Data Centres Initial Due Diligence Studies, Fit Tests and Preliminary Optioneering Studies, managing external engineering consultants to meet programme, design and other requirements for the successful inception of the project and to ultimately achieve cost effective and resilient infrastructures. ・You will apply a technical approach in all aspects of the work including design, engineering and construction, working with other engineering functions, Procurement and Delivery to ensure that the procurement of all items is conducted on the most cost effective basis. This procurement should, where possible, cover not just initial acquisition costs but Total Cost of Ownership costs. ・You will also actively participate into the Stage 0 Design team workload to ensure that all project documentation internal governance approvals are completed in a detailed and timely fashion. ・Your role will require to support the Development Director in monitoring projects Stage 0 and Stage 1 programme, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities, but also to advise and maintain standards for monitoring design, cost control and project information systems to ensure successful project delivery. ■役割期待 ・優れた人材管理スキル ・建設契約に関する理解 ・デザインコンサルタントのアポイントメントに関する理解 ・設計管理プロセスに関する実務知識 ・プロジェクトのサイトや世界中の既存施設の訪問に向けた出張 ・口頭／書面での優れたコミュニケーション能力 □Role Expectations ・ Excellent People Management Skills. ・ Excellent understanding of Construction Contracts. ・ Excellent understanding of Design Consultants appointments. ・ Excellent working knowledge of Design Management processes. ・ Ability to travel at short notice to visit project’s sites or existing facilities across the globe. ・ Excellent communication skills verbally and written. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・工学分野の学士号を取得している方・データセンター業界での経験がある方 ・日本語と英語に堪能な方（フランス語やドイツ語など他言語にも堪能であれば尚可） ・電気、冷却、制御システムの技術設計と研究に関する経験がある方 ・電気システム、生命安全／防火、HVAC、チラープラント、家庭用／プロセス水システム、ビルディングオートメーションシステムなどに関連する試運転、認定、変更管理活動を行った経験がある方 □Basic Qualifications ・Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline ・Experience in the Data Centres industry ・Fluent in Japanese and English; preferred other languages like French, German. ・In-depth experience with Electrical, Cooling and Control Systems technical design and researching ・Experience performing commissioning, qualification & change control activities related but not limited to electrical systems, life safety and fire protection, HVAC, chiller plants, domestic and process water systems, building automation systems, etc. ■スキル＆経験（必須） ・日本での実務経験がある方 ・筆記／口頭において英語に堪能な方 ・15年の学際的なエンジニアリングプロジェクトの設計／提供、設計コンサルタントまたは契約企業のいずれかで大規模で複雑なチームを主導した経験がある方 ・ミッションクリティカルエンジニアリング構築環境の設計プロセス、MEPの戦略と技術、CSAの分野とその依存関係、建設工事、地方自治体の承認プロセスに関する知識を持った方 ・実証済みのハイパースケールデータセンター設計経験がある方（最低50MW以上） ・建築環境エンジニアリング業界での豊富な経験がある方 ・MEPへの依存度が高い大規模な設備投資プロジェクトの実施経験がある方 ・ASHRAEのテストや試運転のプロセスと重要なシステムの標準に関する幅広い知識を持った方 ・労働安全衛生法の知識を持った方（CDM規則など） ・印象的なコミュニケーションスキルを持った方 ・優れた時間管理スキルを持った方 ・イニシアチブを発揮できる方 ・プレッシャー下でも正確に作業する能力を持った方 ・チームワークに重点を置き、グローバルなマトリックス内でオープンな経営スタイルと体制で運営できる方 ・急な出張にも対応可能な方 ・透明性と誠実さへの取り組みができる方 ・継続的改善を推進するパッションを持った方 □Essential Skills and Experience ・Previous working experience in the Japan ・Excellent English language written and verbal ・15 years of multi-disciplinary engineering projects design and delivery, leading large and complex teams in either Design Consultancies or Contracting Firms ・In depth knowledge of Mission Critical Engineering Built Environment design processes, MEP strategies and technologies, CSA disciplines and their dependencies, construction works and various local authority approval process. ・Proven Hyperscale Data Centre design experience (minimum above 50MW) ・Substantial experience of working in the Built Environment engineering industry. ・Delivery of large capital expenditure projects with a high dependence on MEP. ・Extensive knowledge of ASHRAE Testing and Commissioning processes and standards of critical systems ・Health and Safety legislation in particular CDM Regulations or similar. ・Impressive communication skills ・Strong time management skills. ・Must be able to demonstrate initiative. ・Must have the ability to work accurately under pressure. ・Must be able to operate in an open management style and structure with an emphasis on team working and within a global matrix ・Must be willing to travel on reasonable short notice ・Commitment to transparency and integrity ・Passion to drive continuous improvement 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・イギリス、ヨーロッパ、またはアメリカでの実務経験がある方・重要なシステム機器の実務知識と専門知識を持った方 ・BIM360とNavisの使用に習熟している方 ・その他ヨーロッパまたはアジアの言語に堪能な方 ・ Previous working experience in the UK, Europe or the USA ・ Working knowledge and specialism of critical systems equipment ・ Proficient in the use of BIM360 and Navis ・ Other European or Asian languages |
