Manage full spectrum of Finance in Japan, especially cash management given sound risk management and business enablement by check－balancing customer credit control. Maximize profits by providing financial planning and justifications, identifying area for cost improvement, and complying internal control/ corporate governance. Communicate with external financial institutions as well as main banking partners to strengthen existing relationships and establish new relationships, as necessary. Build strong and effective relationships with the local government to ensure compliance and maintain positive relations. Build, motivate, and lead a high－performance Finance team to closely align with HQ and key stakeholders. Execute Finance programs and initiatives in a joint venture manufacturing environment. Handle mix－culture workforce including assignees, trainees, outsourcing workforce, fresh ＆ experienced employees |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Extensive, scaled, and hands－on full Finance management capability in multinational manufacturing companies in Japan.Solid understanding of financial markets and global corporate treasury operations － including international cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting processes, banking operations, and compliance activities. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Strong executive presence, communication skills, business acumen, and negotiating ability to converse with senior management, external partners, and authorities. |
