- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines. - Partner with your directors to help them scale themselves across their broader organization, often acting as their proxy. - Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary. - Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities. - Collaborate with the global Administration Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects. |

【必須（MUST）】 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 3 years of direct executive support experience. - Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently. 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Experience with high-volume calendar management, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.- Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters. - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to work with a diverse range of people and job functions. - Effective organizational skills, with demonstrated attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. |

1996 年、スタンフォード大学の大学院生だったラリー ペイジとサーゲイ ブリンが開発した検索エンジン「BackRub（バックラブ）」は、1つ1つのウェブページの重要度をリンクに基づいて判断するというものでした。その成果を事業化して1998年に創業した企業が、現在のGoogleのルーツです。
設立以来、Googleは急速な成長を遂げてきました。最初は1つの言語の検索だけを手がけていましたが、今では、各種の広告やウェブ アプリケーションを含む多数のサービスを、膨大な数の言語で提供するまでになりました。コンピュータ サイエンス専攻の学生2人が大学の寮の1部屋で始めた取り組みが、膨大な数の社員が世界各地のオフィスで展開する事業へと拡大したのです。
Google の検索エンジンが登場してから今日までの間に、さまざまなことが変わりました。しかし、常にユーザーの利益を第一に考えるというGoogleの姿勢と、インターネットには可能性が詰まっているというGoogleの信念はずっと同じです。
