Plan and implement HR programs/actions under the supervision Senior Human Resources Director to assist Watch and Jewelry brand to develop the business by improving quality of organization and people.
Reporting Structure Report to Senior Human Resources Director （HRD）
－Strong Collaboration with Senior HR Manager and HR team members
－ Brand Group General Managers （GM）
－ Office managers and office staff
－ Retail managers, Shop Mangers and shop staff
－ HR Colleagues in other groups
Support one or multiple brands as HR manager in the full cycle of Human Resources processes. This is both a strategic and hands－on role. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement including but not limited to:
（HR Business Partnering）
－Provide HR consulting support to managers for all employee life cycles
－ Plan and implement the recruitment of shop and office staff including shop managers together with Talent Acquisition Manager
－ Make regular visit to each shop to understand the current situation.
－ Carefully monitor the motivation of the shop staff and give advice to managers, GM and HRD, as the need arises.
－ Give advice and support on labor issues in each shop to managers.
－ Participate in the coordination meeting of staff transfer, promotion etc.
－ Prepare and conduct performance appraisal and salary review process.
－ HR Experience in retail or hospitality or luxury industry is a must
－ Min. 8－10 years experiences in HR field
－ Business English and Japanese
