仕事内容 Our Logistics team has been rapidly expanding its delivery network across Japan.
To overcome its organizational challenges and enable its growth, our HR team is looking for a Sr. HR Program Manager (HRPM) who is enthusiastic to make things easier for their stakeholders while has fun in the processes.

In this role, you are responsible for identifying potential programs, evaluating the priority and feasibility of them, making consensus with stakeholders including senior management, and executing initiatives. Over the course of actions, you will be required to be both strategic and hands-on. You will also drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. Programs and processes can be in any areas of HR. For example, recruiting, engagement, performance management, talent development, retention, compensation & benefits, community engagement, DEI (diversity, equity and Inclusion), etc. The Sr. HRPM will work with a wide range of stakeholders, including people from HR, business, legal, finance and external organizations.

As our organization has international and diverse employee bodies and your counterparts can be outside Japan, you will be required excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence them. You will work in a rapidly changing environment, so you are required to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The job also needs the ability to make decisions among stakeholders with different interests. You must have strong work ethic, desire to achieve excellence, and passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Business level Japanese and English.
· 10+ years of work experience, 5+ years of HR professional experience.

【歓迎(WANT)】

· 3+ years of related program/project management experience.
· Experience to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
· Experience to lead initiatives to build connections with local communities.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills including compiling complex documents and making presentation to senior management.
· Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
· Ability to deal with ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to handle high volume tasks and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves”
· MBA or Master Degree in relevant field.
· Global/Cross-cultural experience.
· Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture.
