仕事内容 ■Primary Function
Develop and drive Human Resources strategies to be a valued partner for business success. Enhance organizational capability by recruiting right people, developing and empowering talent. Plan and implement human resources policies, functions and programs, create healthy work environment and ensure the HR practices in compliance with local regulations.

■Major Responsibility
・Develop and execute human resources strategies that align with business direction/strategies.
・Highly involve and solid execute talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
・Conduct Organization & People review to optimize organization efficiency and accelerate talent empowerment.
・Lead HR team to provide HR professional services including recruitment, compensation & benefit, development, retention and empowerment.
・Advocate corporate culture that foster a fast learning and continuously improving organization that will enhance our competitiveness.
・Ensure all employment practices comply with local regulations.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

■Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
At least 10 years work experience in leading Human Resource Functions in Hi-tech companies and solid experience (5 years minimum) in recruiting talented people in Japan.
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
Good in communication, coordination and collaboration.
Fluent in spoken and written English
