仕事内容 This position enables GBUs/Franchises to accelerate omnichannel GtM model transformation through proactive business partnership, across GBU/Franchise omnichannel capabilities, and efficiently execution of omnichannel tactics.
One of the team priorities is to implement global omnichannel capabilities in Japan, including OneCRM, email campaign, Content Localization Hub, HCP portal etc. Omnichannel Strategy & Management team plays a critical role in leading these global initiatives in Japan, in partnership with the global team and local GBU users, digital and other BO&S functions.

This role, OneCRM capability lead, will lead the OneCRM operation in Japan to enable GBU users to adopt new way of working and leverage OneCRM to make tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary technical and operational expert for the company's OneCRM system in Japan.
- Act as internal consultant to GBU/Franchise for better leveraging OneCRM to solve business challenges.
- Leads the Japan implementation of global OneCRM new functionalities by working closely with cross-functional team including global.
- Act as a liaison to feedback to global team Japan specific requirements by articulating user-stories and business impact.
- Take proactive actions to improve oneCRM user adoption by analyzing different usage data and feedbacks from GBU users.
- Prioritize, research, and respond to OneCRM user inquiries, and improve issue resolution performance of OneCRM support team by triage and monitoring progress.
- Own the Japan oneCRM governance to gather and prioritize local change requests.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business. MBA preferred
- >5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in marketing, sales, and digital project experience
- Self-starter
- Good understanding of Veeva, SFMC and other digital marketing technologies
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead people, timelines and work in a matrix organization in compliant and professional manner.
- Experience managing external vendors.
- Japanese and English: Business communication level (both oral and written)
