JOB DESCRIPTION （Depending on work experience, title may change） Reports to: Chief Financial Officer （CFO） Position Summary: To execute debt and equity finance, and handle various reporting to banks as well as investor relations for our listed infrastructure fund with CFO Responsibilities: － To execute debt and equity finance and manage the various reporting to banks for infra funds; － To handle investor relations and public corporate disclosure for Infra funds; － To monitor the B/S and P/L for Infra funds to see if Infra funds maintains various loan covenants; － To handle day－to－day relationship with underwriters and banks; － To handle the review process with credit rating agencies; － To handle ESG reporting; － To support the financial reporting and periodical payments for Infra funds |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － A good work experience in at least one of a） structured asset finance, b） project finance, c） non－recourse loan origination, d） corporate finance, or e） public equity finance at either commercial banks, investment banks, AM firms for J－REIT, listed infrastructure funds or private equity funds for real estate or renewable energy;【歓迎（WANT）】 － PO experience at either operational companies or J－REIT/infrastructure funds is preferable;－ Investors relations experience at either operational companies or J－REIT/infrastructure funds is preferable － A good understanding of financial modeling; － Business level skill in using excel and power point; － A good team player; － A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, accounting, finance, etc.; and － Fluent in Business English, experience at foreign affiliated company is preferable |
