仕事内容 Job Purpose

As a strategic partner, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with HR Business partner and business line owners to understand the hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire highly qualified talents. He/she is responsible to drive recruitment initiatives in the Japan Office and will be exposed to other Asia Pacific regions.



Key Responsibilities:

- You will work closely with the key stakeholders to understand the hiring requirements in Japan and across Asia Pacific
- You will be involve in hiring Mid to Senior positions in APAC
- Providing highly effective and efficient recruitment and selection services throughout Japan Market, while ensuring cost effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
- Managing full cycle recruitment process for junior-senior level roles, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conducting interviews, interview co-ordination, & offer
- Developing consultative relationships with business stakeholders
Be a key member of the APAC TA team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs, at the same time taking part in the APAC Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
- Design and implement a market recruitment strategy and provide thought leadership to address Talent Acquisition challenges and improvement needs, within the framework of the global guidelines
- Driving operational excellence across the Market
- Training HR business partners and key stakeholders on the best methods for candidate selection
- Designing and implementing employer branding strategies in the Market
- Providing insight into the Talent market
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

- Business Proficiency in both Japanese & English is a MUST
- Has a minimum of 2 years of agency or in-house experience handling end to end recruitment cycle
- Passionate about Talent Acquisition and the ability to provide creative and innovative sourcing strategies across borders, especially in Japan
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things
