仕事内容 As a part of Corporate team under the transformation, you will be creating the best synergy for our organization and any other stakeholders in Japan and also delivering the best payroll services to the organization and group.

This position, as a Payroll Manager delivering function, is mainly focusing on the followings;

(HR Services)
-Monthly and annual payroll management working with our outsourcer and finance team.
-Manage all personnel cost, analysis, and forecast for our group
-Daily enquiries from our stakeholders and outside vendors
-Manage all spontaneous reporting both Japan and globe

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

• 3-5 years HR experience as HR Payroll Specialist
• C&B, and Payroll
• Japan labor law
• Figure oriented working attitude and approach
• MS Office (Word, Excel (V-Look), Powerpoint)
• Native level Japanese
• English (Reading/Writing)
• Independent, Proactive, Responsible, Building “Win-Win” relationship with our stakeholders
• “Out of Box” & “To be” approach and leading to the HR Service part
• Re-solving issues and challenging the upcoming transformation within organization
• Prioritized all tasks and reporting efficiencies/productivity
• Understanding multi-national firm’s business operation
• Fast-paced working experience
