アプリケーションエンジニア／キャリアアップを社内で形成!／多国籍な組織です／ワークライフバランス◎／入社時転居費用手当あり～/史上最も精密な機械といわれる半導体露光装置でシェア9割を誇るオランダメーカーの日本法人／ ■仕事内容：最先端の半導体製造現場にて使用される露光装置と計測装置の最適な使用方法の模索・提案をお願いします。 国内のフィールドサービスエンジニアや営業、マーケティングのメンバー、オランダ本社の技術チームと連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。 ・露光処理後に発見されたオーバーレイ・寸法・フォーカス問題の解析および解決方法の提案 ・問題調査の為に必要となる実験案の作成・提案 ・オランダ本社と協力し、顧客が求める装置性能の達成 ・営業・マーケティング部門と協力し、装置およびオプション機能の販促活動 ・新規装置・オプション機能の客先評価・本社評価デモ ・顧客およびオランダ本社との定期会議・コール ・顧客およびオランダ本社との会議におけるプレゼンテーション ■本ポジションの特徴： ・顧客とのやりとりや保守メンテナンス業務は、同社のフィールドサービスエンジニアが行います。フィールドアプリケーションエンジニアは、フィールドサービスエンジニア・オランダ本社と連携し、技術サービスを提供します。 ・多国籍なメンバーが在籍しています。 ・半導体業界出身の中途入社者も多く活躍しております。 ・残業時間は20時間程度です。完全週休二日制（土日祝）。ワークライフバランスを整えて働くことが可能です。 【Introduction】 We provide chipmakers with everything they need － hardware, software and services － to mass produce patterns on silicon, helping to increase the value and lower the cost of a chip. All of the world's top chipmakers like Samsung, Intel and TSMC use our technology, enabling the waves of innovation that help tackle the world's toughest challenges. 【Job Mission】 Our Field Application Engineers deliver innovative solutions for lithography and metrology via collaboration with our customers and headquarters in the Netherlands. We are searching for candidates to fulfill the Field Application Engineer role in Higashi-Hiroshima, Japan. 【Job Description】 － Optimize lithography/metrology processes in high volume manufacturing and R＆D environments － Collaborate with customer in Japan and our head office in Veldhoven, the Netherlands － Deliver technical presentations and project overviews in periodic meetings and workshops － Support new business opportunities with Sales and Marketing via evaluations of our new products － Enable cost reduction in high volume manufacturing |

・就業場所 広島 業務上の必要により以下に入社後就業場所の変更を行う可能性があります。 三重、熊本、岩手、長崎、大分、北海道 ・勤務時間 所定労働時間は7時間30分（休憩1時間)とし、区分に応じて以下の３通りが選択可能です。 8:30〜17:00、9:00〜17:30、9:30〜18:00 ・所定時間外労働：有 ・社会保険 健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 ・受動喫煙防止措置の状況：屋内禁煙 |

【必須（MUST）】 【Education】－ Masters or Doctor in Engineering, Science or Mathematics － Or, Bachelor in Engineering, Science or Mathematics with 3＋ years of experience in semiconductor industry 【Experience】 トラブルシューティングに落ち着いて臨める方、半導体の知識のある方、分析スキルをお持ちの方 Required: － Problem solving and troubleshooting － Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process － Basic computer and data analysis skills （PowerPoint, Excel, etc.） 【Personal skills】 チームワークが得意な方、英語のスキルが日常会話レベル以上の方(目安: TOEIC600以上) － Ability to work individually and within a team － Strong verbal and written communication skills － English language （Daily conversation level, verbal and written. Guideline TOEIC >= 600） 【歓迎（WANT）】 【Experience】半導体業界でアプリケーションエンジニアのご経験のある方、露光装置の知見のある方、MATLAB, Python, Rなどプログラミングスキルのある方、データ解析や統計の知見のある方 Nice to have: － Experience in semiconductor industry as an application or process engineer － Understanding of lithography processes in semiconductor manufacturing － Ability to analyze data using MATLAB, Python, R or other programming languages － Project management experience － Data science, statistical analysis － Japanese language skill is preferred |
