Global Workforce Strategy and Innovation team, part of WFS, is pioneering solutions to our toughest workforce challenges across the globe building innovative labor models and infrastructure that improve ours employment value proposition and scale over time. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Recruitment Marketing Lead - Japan to own the creation of successful marketing strategies to generate applications, and deliver short-term results while optimizing performance over time against a clear set of performance goals.

This role will own the development and execution of the sourcing and marketing strategy for all of ours sites throughout Japan, including profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attract hourly candidates.
You will own the development and execution of local and national community engagement strategies and operationalize plans to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and incorporating people with disabilities, gender, underrepresented minority groups and other diverse partners. These KPI’s are tied to increasing the hourly entry-level talent pipeline, reducing the need for paid advertising and recruiting space, and the dissemination of engagement activity information and initiatives. Additionally, this role will author candidate communications, new hiring event content, new hire orientation collateral, application content, offer letter templates, central support scripts and other marketing communications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong recruitment marketing, talent acquisition and/or analytics background that enables him/her to manage quantitative planning and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about the talent supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to perform strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. You play an essential role in tracking market factors and changes in hourly candidate behavior, which affect our success in attracting hourly employees, including projects such as market mapping and market intelligence. To be successful in this role you will need to both see the big picture and be able to execute rapidly.


Responsibilities:

-Work with local marketing agency to develop and execute an effective integrated marketing plan tailored for local market, messaging on the employee value proposition and branding at the country and business line levels.

-Use data to rigorously assess channel and media effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and optimize accordingly to achieve application goals.

-Maintain and manage local agency and channel vendor relationships and become main point of contact for local recruitment team on all thing’s recruitment marketing-related.

-Have a thorough understanding of Japan employment trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry employment developments.

-Be the evangelist for the candidate experience; continuously improving the candidate journey.

-Utilize systems and processes for vendor payment and management and work with APAC Recruitment Marketing Manager on marketing budget allocation for region.

-Report on and monitor channel analytics to measure effectiveness and forecast future spend and required activity by site/region.

-Builds and fosters community engagement relationships that demonstrate return on investment.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

· 2+ years of experience delivering substantial results in high volume hiring sourcing/marketing or B2C acquisition marketing
· A proven track of record of building, managing and optimizing large-scale multi-channel marketing and/or sourcing campaigns
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
· Fluent in Japanese (business level) and English, both written and verbal
· Ability to work in virtual and geographically distributed teams globally
· Proven success delivering results at scale, on time, with minimal direction

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
· 2+ years of experience in employment brand marketing
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
· Have a combination of practical and intellectual skills, and the ability to rapidly shift to different tasks that vary between complex analyses, hands-on projects, and project management
· Able to consistently nail details, driving process and managing to goals
· Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
