This position will be tasked with covering all areas of HR ＆ Administration while working closely with employees and various stakeholders to drive the business goals. － Build more strategic HR processes and programs － Organizational development, planning, talent management － Consult leaders and stakeholders on best practices to maximize performance of employees and the company － Maintain operational excellence and ensure the HR operations are run efficiently and effectively － Employee relations － Drive global HR strategy and localize for Japan － Training and development － Building company culture |
